Bologna delivered on every level — tortellini in brodo, tagliatelle al ragù, mortadella, and the kind of neighborhood trattorias that don’t need to advertise. The Quadrilatero and the markets were daily stops.
Working + Wandering
The portici make the city uniquely walkable even when it rains. I spent most days working from cafés and apartments, then used the evenings and weekends to explore the historic center without pressure. One of the better “work + city” trips.
